Overview
Austin is a litigation associate who focuses his practice in various areas of commercial litigation.
He gained practical experience in Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) matters while interning at the U.S. Department of Labor. Austin also gained valuable experience in assessing matters from various perspectives during his internship at the U.S. District for the Western District of Missouri.
Prior to joining Stinson as an associate, Austin worked at the firm as a summer associate, where he worked on business and labor and employment matters, and assisted with pro bono matters regarding wrongful convictions.
